libqhull6 software package provides calculate convex hulls and related structures (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqhull6
libqhull6 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqhull6 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqhull6 *
You will get with libqhull6 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
